These Terms govern subscription purchases and use of Abioflow's digital services.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to consumer subscriptions purchased online.
Mandatory Danish and EU consumer protection law prevails over conflicting provisions.
2. The Service
Abioflow provides access to a digital subscription-based learning service.
Plan details shown at checkout (price, billing period, features, taxes) form part of the agreement.
3. Price and Payment
Prices are displayed before purchase.
Payment method is required.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd or another provider.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Recurring Charges & Automatic Renewal
By completing purchase, you expressly authorize Abioflow to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Billing cadence: Monthly (in advance).
Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
5. No Minimum Term
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:
The subscription has no minimum binding period.
It continues until cancelled.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
No further renewal charge will occur after valid cancellation.
7. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Access continues until the end of the paid period.
This does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
8. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you purchase as an EU consumer at distance, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right.
By completing the purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital service, you:
Expressly consent to performance beginning before expiry of the withdrawal period; and
Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law once the service has been fully performed.
If withdrawal applies and service has partially been provided, proportional payment may be charged where legally permitted.
9. Failed Payments
If payment fails:
We may retry payment.
Access may be suspended.
Continued non-payment may result in termination.
10. Changes to Price or Terms
We may update prices or Terms for valid reasons (legal, technical, commercial, security).
Material changes will be notified in advance.
You may cancel before changes take effect.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not:
Violate law
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with service operation
You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain with Abioflow.
During an active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
13. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Maintenance or downtime may occur.
14. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

Consumers may use relevant Danish complaint channels.
These Terms are governed by Danish law without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Active acceptance is required.
A durable copy is provided after purchase.

17. Force Majeure
Abioflow is not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure failure, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or force majeure events.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
Abioflow's total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data.
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury.
